4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

ChargebackIQ uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate dispute analysis and email drafts. When you run an AI analysis, member information (name, member ID, carrier, plan, and enrollment status) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. HIPAA Considerations

Medicare member data processed through ChargebackIQ may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards for PHI. FMO and group account customers requiring a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) should contact us at support@chargebackiq.org.
